1. Eligibility for Returns

- You report the issue within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.
2. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence
- Items without original packaging or missing components
- “Change of mind” after receiving the correct product
4. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back using a reliable courier service.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
If a replacement product is available, we will ship it once the returned item is received and approved.
