At Unity Motors, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and obligations when returning products purchased from our store.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • You report the issue within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • “Change of mind” after receiving the correct product

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back using a reliable courier service.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If a replacement product is available, we will ship it once the returned item is received and approved.
