1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer or be subject to courier availability.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Lahore: 1–3 working days
- Other Cities: 2–7 working days
- Delays may occur during public holidays, natural events, or due to courier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges vary depending on location and order quantity.
- Charges are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends/public holidays).
- COD orders are processed immediately after order verification.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to monitor delivery status.
6. Delivery Attempts
Couriers will make at least one delivery attempt. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery fees may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package is damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
- If you accept the package and later find damage, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
- Lost packages will be investigated with the courier service before issuing refunds or replacements.
